Becomes a new edition of the III Congress International of RedUE-ALCUE, that will be held from 20 to 23 October 2015 in the autonomous city of Buenos Aires (Argentina). It is promoted by University Business Network – Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe ( RedUE-ALCUE), together with the National University of Quilmes ( UNQ), the Organization of Ibero-American States for education, science and culture ( OEI) and the Union of universities of Latin America and the Caribbean ( UDUAL), and will count with the collaboration of the OVTT in the topic of surveillance technology.
under the theme “Consolidating actions cooperatives for the relationship of the universities with the production in the ALCUE world”, the overall objective of the Congress is to contribute to this dynamic of relationships between Governments, businesses and University to move favorably towards the momentum and consolidation of actions that promote the transfer of knowledge to society and the collective construction of ecosystems of innovation for the social and economic development of countries iberoamericanos.
Call for paper to Congress :
The Organization of the Congress is developing an extensive programme of activities with keynote sessions, study panels and applied workshops and invites all those interested in the subject to participate through the following modalities of participation:
- assistance to the 2nd Annual Assembly of RedUE-ALCUE.
- Assistance to the international academic conference.
- Assistance to the working meetings of the network.
- Assistance to special workshops.
- Presentations at the thematic session.
the presentations at the thematic sessions is open to reflection and knowledge sharing environment to the University-industry linkage from a holistic perspective and can participate all the users interested in the subject. The bases of the call presents the theme and format for submission of works and communications organization. Attendance at the 2nd Annual Assembly of RedUE-ALCUE.
the themes proposed correspond to the five thematic sessions to celebrate and are as follows:
- bonding offices.
- Technology transfer offices.
- Continuous learning.
- Technological surveillance.
- Management of innovative SMEs and local developments.
The proposed paper must be presented in the form of Extensive overview of 3 pages size, space and font Calibri 11 and a half. It will be evaluated by members of the Academic Committee, composed of international experts in each subject. will be accepted a paper by author in Congress and a maximum of ten presentations by thematic table according to motivations and described issues. If accepted the paper, will be offered the possibility of presenting, after the Conference, a version of 20 pages with same format for publication in the digital book of the Congress which will edit the ALCUE University network. This constancy with curriculum value will be awarded. In addition, the papers accepted at the Conference will be published under the format of chapter of book in a digital publication with registration of ISBN and according to standards which in turn will know the authors.

- limit of to send the presentation (PPT or PDF) file: 30 September 2015.
- limit for registration as an Assistant to the Congress: October 15, 2015.
Technology watch:
A year over the issue of surveillance technology is coordinated from the Virtual Observatory for technology transfer ( OVTT) and are invited to participate in it to all stakeholders to share their knowledge and experience and explore possible lines of cooperation and networking in the Ibero.
Technology watch is a process of vital importance in strategic decision-making for innovation and a key element for responsible for the progress of science and technology development. The standard UNE 1666006:2006 EX (2006) defines the process of technology watch as a way to “organized, selective and permanent capture of outside information on technology, analyze and turn it into knowledge for decision-making with less risk, and to anticipate the changes”.
In this context, the topics proposed in this regard son:
- Views and studies on the State of the art of technology watch in Latin America.
- Best practices and success stories in technology watch.
- Creating units of technological surveillance organizations.
- Technology watch and entrepreneurship.
- Surveillance technology and web 2.0.
- Surveillance technology and networks of value.
