In these uncertain times, the importance of technology monitoring and strategic intelligence in organisations is proving essential tools to competitiveness. The University of Alicante in Spain launches the Third Edition of the Course Strategic intelligence for innovative organisations. A certified semi-face-to-face program created to provide companies, entrepreneurs and professionals with specialised skills in strategic intelligence, taking in account the crucial approach that strategic management, knowledge management and intellectual capital plays today in innovative organisations.

The course has a total duration of 150 teaching hours. It is designed to be done from any place and at the pace that each participant decides, thanks to a participative semi-face-to-face methodology, which will combine three phases of training and will be taught by academics specialised in strategic knowledge management and reference professionals in monitoring and strategic intelligence.

The main objective of this training program is to provide companies, entrepreneurs and professionals the conceptual and applied specialised skills in strategic intelligence from strategic and knowledge management and intellectual capital approach for innovative organisations.

For this, the contents of this course will focus on four thematic modules:

Strategic direction
Knowledge management and intellectual capital.
Strategic implementation.
Strategic intelligence

Methodology:

1 – Virtual Phase: It will begin on October 1st, 2020 through the virtual e-learning platform.
2 – In-Class Phase: From February 1st to 5th, 2021, the Strategic Intelligence Workshops will be held at the University of Alicante, Spain *.
3 – Final Work Phase. From February 24th, 2021 until the 30th of June 2021, participants will develop their final project, with guidance and tutorial advice of the professors.

*Subject to the possible determination of the business continuity plan of the University of Alicante, by which the Workshop could be transferred to online mode if the entity so decides in response to the health crisis of COVID-19.
