With more than 170 professionals already trained, this specialised course in strategic intelligence from the University of Alicante offers practical and flexible learning for professionals and organisations looking to stay ahead. It focuses on helping participants make better use of information and emerging technologies—like artificial intelligence—to drive innovation and smarter decision-making.

InteligenciaUA 2025–2026: Specialisation in strategic intelligence for innovation with the latest advances

In today’s world, where data drives competitiveness, the new edition of #InteligenciaUA aims to strengthen a capability that is becoming increasingly strategic: understanding what is happening in the environment, monitoring competitors, reducing risks and ultimately anticipating change. This is what we refer to as strategic intelligence—a crucial skill for turning large volumes of information into actionable knowledge that enables better, more timely decisions.

The programme focuses on learning how to apply strategies, methods and tools that help turn intelligence into results, with specialised training in key areas such as technology watch, trend analysis, knowledge management, early signal detection and communication of insights—ensuring that analysis reaches decision-makers effectively.

Special attention is also given to intellectual property as a vital source of technological information. Participants learn how to search for, analyse and integrate patents into intelligence and innovation processes across a range of organisational contexts.

The course has a highly practical, applied approach, designed to help each professional implement what they learn in their own working environment—with a particular focus on tools powered by artificial intelligence.
