On the 14th of December it is held in Granada (Spain) the First edition of the Private investment Forum for Spin-off, organised by the University of Granada. It will count with the participation of ten innovative companies looking for opportunities of finance their business ideas, giving to know their projects to private investors, Venture Capital companies and Business Angels.
The meeting will have a central talk by D. Josep María Echarri, President of Inveready Technology Investment Group, that will speak about the success keys in the relation investment-entrepreneur. Also, there are special interest in the creation of companies of several sectors such as: Internet, Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, e-Health, Video-games and mobile applications.
Since 1991 the University of Granada have created 71 Spin-off companies. A large number of them with international projection, those are a sample of the knowledge potential that arises in Spain and that it is referent in places like Silicon Valley.
