CCYTET Science and Technology Council of Tabasco State
The Science and Technology Council of the State of Tabasco in Mexico in charge of disseminating, training and promoting S&T in the region.

The Science and Technology Council of the State of Tabasco (CCYTET), Mexico is a public body of the Mexican Government, dedicated to the science and technology system for the economic, equitable and sustainable development of the region. To this end, the CCYTET promotes activities of dissemination, training and institutional collaboration related to science, through three main areas:

  • Science social engagement.
  • Resources, Training and Support for researchers.
  • Engagement, Research and Development.

The CCYTET operates as a Patent Center in coordination with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property. Its main duty is to promote a culture of industrial protection of inventions through training activities and advice to those interested. Additionally, it promotes initiatives such as the Network of Innovation of the State of Tabasco (REDVITAB).
