The 4th International Conference of PILA Network is held in Ciudad del Este (Paraguay) on July 6 and 7 2017. It is held at the Universidad del Este, with the objective of discussing challenges and opportunities for Intellectual Property in Latin America.
Each new edition addresses the management, negotiation and valuation of intellectual capital, integrating experiences and success stories that exemplify the interaction among Higher Education Institutions and their environment, so as to achieve a better understanding and quality in the linkage and knowledge transfer in the business and social sector of Latin America.
Representatives from universities and other science, technology and innovation actors from 25 countries in Latin America and Europe, as well as international organizations, such as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO) will be present.
