The Ebook “Systems of tourist intelligence”, already presented in the framework of the latest edition of FITURTECHY 2020, the section specialized in technology and innovation for the tourism sector of FITUR is now available.
This is an informative manual, prepared by the Group of Tourism Technology Centers, composed of: AndalucíaLab, FIT Canarias, Invat · tur, Tourism Institute of the Region of Murcia (ITREM), Eurecat, Tecnalia, Turistec, Vicomtech and Hotel Technology Institute (ITH).
In this document, technology centers have exposed the various opportunities offered by the definition, development and implementation of tourism intelligence systems in Spain, applied to tourist destinations and companies, with very different objectives. A document that provides useful methodologies and success stories to help other destinations in implementing this type of information systems, analysis and decision making.
