COTEC Foundation presents the report “Business Initiatives and Policies for Ibero-American Digital Ecosystem Development”, coordinated by Katz. Its objective is to spot deficiencies in the digital ecosystem of the Ibero-American Region and to suggest business initiatives and public policies to accelerate its development.
The report points out that, despite the convergence of digital consumption patterns between Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula, there is a divergence in production factors, with human capital and investment standing out as the main weaknesses of the Latin American and European digital ecosystem .
