The Science, Technology and Innovation Observatory (OCTI Peru) represents one of the R&D indicators producer organisations in Peru. As an R&D Observatory, it offers useful information, documents and tools to search for strategic information regarding science, technology and innovation management, programs, policies and technological prospective.
