The Bogotá Manual (2001) is produced by RICYT and OEA and represents the Latin American methodological reference manual for measuring technological innovation. Inspired by the Oslo Manual, it offers the “Standardization of Indicators of Technological Innovation in Latin America and the Caribbean”. Providing guidelines for the standardization and construction of technological innovation indicators in the region, capable of adapting to the peculiarities of innovation systems and companies in Latin America, as well as guaranteeing regional and international comparability.
