The Antigua Manual (2015) is produced by RICYT and represents the reference methodological manual for measuring public perception of science and technology in Latin America. It is a technical proposal that offers a common methodology and a practical guide for national surveys on public perception of science and technology developed by the national science and technology organizations of the Ibero-American countries.
This manual seeks to promote public policies on scientific culture, by consulting public opinion in its perception of the role of science and technology in society.
