BIOINNOVA is the National Center for Science, Technology and Innovation for the sustainable productive development of Biodiversity, promoted by the “Diego Luis Córdoba” Technological University of Chocó in Colombia.

Its mission is focused on the generation of knowledge and innovation to promote the responsible use of the Biodiversity of the Colombian Biogeographic Chocó, to contribute to the socioeconomic transformation of the region.

The most recent projects include the Entrepreneurship Nursery for local entrepreneurs and the organization of a Business Wheel. Furthermore, BIOINNOVA promotes its projects through alliances with local, national and international organizations.
