The 13th National Congress of Prospective, promoted by the Center for Prospective Studies of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the National University of Cuyo, will take place on October 13 and 14 in Mendoza (Argentina).
This new edition of Prospecta Argentina has the support of international, national and provincial organizations interested in foresight, such as the Latin American and Caribbean Institute for Economic and Social Planning of ECLAC, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, Latin American and Caribbean Network of Prospective Networks, the Ibero-American Program for Science and Technology for Development, the National Institute of Agricultural Technology, and the World Federation of Futures Studies and the Organization of Ibero-American States.
The Congress is considered fundamental to continue the reflection, debate and construction of alternative models of development, with the capacity to anticipate and to address the global and local challenges in Argentina, and to strengthen the incorporation of the foresight to the processes of planning and long strategic management term in all areas of the State.
The thematic axes of this meeting, which will give rise to conferences of international and national experts, will be:
