On June 16th, the Innova&Acción monthly meeting is held in Valencia (Spain): Innovating in product and distribution chain with Xavier Hernández, Country Manager in Danone, responsible for the Business Plan for international clients in Spain. A space focused on developing and sharing knowledge, experiences, methodologies and tools around business innovation.
This workshop aims to promote the exchange of experiences and good practices in national and international distribution and logistics. For this, Xavier Henández, will share with the participants two key aspects of the company’s success: on the one hand, Danone’s innovation system and, on the other hand, the work they carry out for the execution of their Business Plan with their clients.
