On November 3 and 4, the 5th Ibero-American Congress of Real Estate Law is held virtually from Peru, promoted by the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
Under the slogan “The effects of Covid-19 in comparative real estate law”, the meeting seeks to promote debate on challenges and impacts of this global pandemic. The thematic discussion tables include Real estate development in times of pandemic, The excessive onerousness of the provision and the supervening impossibility in the real estate field, Real estate contractual remedies and Resolution of real estate disputes.
