From November 3 to 5, the 17th Iberian Congress and 13th Ibero-American Congress of Solar Energy, CIES 2020, will be held virtually from Lisbon (Portugal). Both promoted by Laboratório Nacional de Energia e Geologia de Portugal and the Spanish Association of Solar Energy. This cross-border meeting will bring together the Ibero-American scientific and technical community in a telematic forum.

The Iberian Solar Energy Congress has been held at venues in Spain and Portugal since 1982 and has taken place jointly with the Ibero-American Solar Energy Congress in ten of its sixteen editions. Both are reference meetings for the development of solar energy in Latin America.
