The Carolina Network (RedC) is today a major cooperative strategic action of the Carolina Foundation. It is active in a Latin American virtual community, which seeks to unite in a common space for all those who have gone through the various programs of the Foundation. Carolina Network is an instrument designed to give value and promote relations of exchange, cooperation and learning that generates through its programs, developing its role as facilitator and using the opportunities the Internet offers to students and alumni to keep contact, exchange and share knowledge and commitments to cooperation and networking.

Working hard to boost the creation of national associations in all Latin American countries, support network cooperation strategies and create opportunities for exchange, cooperation and learning, among others, knowing well that boost the presential area is to ensure interest and utility to the user community.

In addition to fostering the national partnerships, Red Carolina organizes meetings in Spain and Latin America. In 2010 the First Meeting of Associations and Developers Network Carolina in Catagena de las Indias and in 2011 is preparing its second edition.
